Kemaisi operates a modern production facility spanning over 5 , 000 square metres , equipped with a complete range of processes including laser cutting , CNC bending , automatic welding , and surface treatment . From the cutting of 304 stainless steel sheets to mechanism assembly and complete turnstile commissioning , every step is guided by standardised operating procedures .

We have a dedicated motor testing area and an aging test line . Before leaving the factory , each turnstile undergoes at least 5 , 000 consecutive operating cycles , along with practical tests of anti pinch and anti tailgating functions . For servo motor models , additional high and low temperature shock tests and noise detection are carried out to ensure stability even in harsh outdoor environments .

At the same time , our quality control team performs fully traceable inspections on key components ( motors , infrared sensors , and main control boards ) , ensuring that every turnstile is delivered with high reliability through an engineer ‘ s mindset .

The Kemaisi R & D team consists of several mechanical , electronic , and embedded engineers , focusing on three core areas : motion control of passage turnstiles , anti tailgating algorithms , and IoT integration . Each year , we invest significant time and resources into new technology development and have obtained multiple utility model patents related to motor drives and infrared light curtains .

Our laboratory is equipped with motor life test benches , high and low temperature chambers , and passage simulation systems , allowing quantitative verification of opening speed , anti pinch response , and noise levels under different operating conditions . In recent years , we have successfully integrated motion control , anti tailgating algorithms , and IoT connectivity , and upgraded the number of infrared light curtains from 4 pairs to 6 pairs , significantly improving anti tailgating precision .
