If the test fails, the system gives a voice prompt: "Static excessive - please use the static discharge ball." The employee presses the configured static discharge ball for 3 to 5 seconds and then retests. All passage records are automatically saved, including employee ID, time, static value, pass/fail result, and whether the discharge ball was used. The quality department can retrieve reports for customer complaint tracing and internal audits.
