The Kemaisi intelligent anti static turnstile provides mandatory electrostatic protection control for highly sensitive workshops such as semiconductor and precision electronics manufacturing . Employees must pass through the electrostatic test pad next to the turnstile ; only when the static value is acceptable will the turnstile open , physically preventing non compliant personnel from entering . The device integrates facial recognition , electrostatic testing , and attendance into one : the employee stands on the electrostatic pad facing the recognition terminal , and the system automatically completes identity verification , static measurement , and simultaneously records clock in and overtime hours – achieving one stop passage . If the static test fails , the turnstile remains locked and gives a voice prompt : “ Static excessive – please use the static discharge ball ” . A static discharge ball can be provided nearby ; the employee presses it for 3 to 5 seconds and then retests . If the result is acceptable , passage is granted . The turnstile has built in fault self diagnosis and alarm functions for easy maintenance . In the event of a power outage , the device automatically sounds an alarm and opens the gate , ensuring safe evacuation . The anti pinch mechanism ensures that when the swing arm encounters resistance during reset , it automatically rebounds or the motor stops , with a force not exceeding 2 kg , effectively protecting the safety of personnel as they pass .
Employees must pass the electrostatic test pad with an acceptable value to gain passage . Those who fail cannot enter , removing the risk of personnel with excessive static entering the workshop at the source .
Standing on the electrostatic pad , the employee completes identity verification , static detection , and clock in / out time recording in a single operation – saving time and effort while improving passage efficiency .
When the test fails , the turnstile remains locked and gives a voice prompt : “ Static excessive – please use the static discharge ball ” . A static discharge ball can be configured nearby ; after pressing it for 3 to 5 seconds and retesting successfully , passage is granted , forming a complete closed loop .
Built in fault self diagnosis module triggers an automatic alarm when an abnormality occurs , helping maintenance staff quickly locate problems and reducing downtime .
In the event of a sudden power failure , the turnstile automatically sounds an alarm and immediately opens the gate , ensuring unobstructed emergency evacuation and meeting fire safety requirements .
When the swing arm encounters resistance during reset , it automatically rebounds or the motor stops , with a maximum impact force not exceeding 2 kg . This effectively protects the safety of employees as they pass , especially in high traffic frequency scenarios .
