Every entry and exit is recorded automatically, so reception and security teams can see who is on site, when they arrived and when they left, and can trace records instantly. Authorised staff, VIPs and regular contractors can be given time-limited permissions, while the anti-tailgating tri-arm mechanism and infrared detection stop pass sharing and unauthorised entry. All visitor data is synchronised to the cloud and can be exported for reporting or integrated with existing HR and building management platforms. The mechanism uses a proven mechanical structure that runs smoothly and quietly, and when power fails the arms drop automatically to free the passage in line with fire safety regulations.
