The outdoor community passage swing gate turnstile is a smart pedestrian access solution built for residential communities, apartment compounds, villa districts and mixed-use neighbourhoods. It combines a 304 stainless steel passage frame, transparent acrylic swing arms and a high-torque brushless control mechanism, so residents, visitors and delivery staff can pass a 550-1000mm lane quickly while the gate keeps tailgating and unregistered entry under control. The unit supports RFID/IC/ID cards, QR codes, facial recognition, fingerprint, NFC and remote door opening, and it can be linked to a community property management platform through relay, RS485 or TCP/IP. Rated IP43/IP54 with an ambient range of -30C to 70C, the turnstile keeps working through rain, dust, strong sunlight and winter cold, which makes it suitable for outdoor community entrances, clubhouse lobbies, parking pedestrian lanes, school gates and park walkways. A 0.5 second opening time and 30-40 people per minute throughput keep morning and evening resident peaks moving without queues, while the LED indicator lights, 4 pairs of infrared sensors and bi-directional control make daily operation clear and safe for every user.
The cabinet, pedestal and swing arm assembly are designed for open-air community entrances rather than indoor lobbies. The 304 stainless steel body resists rust and daily cleaning chemicals, the baked paint finish holds colour under strong UV, and the sealed control board is rated IP43/IP54, so the gate keeps a stable pass rate through rain, dust and temperature swings from -30℃ to 70℃.
Opening takes only 0.5 seconds and a single lane handles 30 people per minute in normally-closed mode and up to 40 people per minute in normally-open mode. During morning departures and evening returns, residents with an IC card, phone NFC or face credential pass without stopping, which removes the queue that forms at manual community gates.
Four pairs of infrared sensors map the whole lane and detect a second person following an authorised resident. The controller stops or alarms on unauthorised following, and the bi-directional logic allows separate entry and exit rules, so visitor passes, delivery riders and property staff can each be given a different credential and time window.
The gate accepts relay switch signals, 12V level signals and 12V pulse signals with pulse width over 100ms, plus RS485 or TCP/IP communication. It can work with the property management platform, video intercom, license plate pedestrian lanes and face recognition terminals already installed in the community, without replacing the existing credential system.
The modular structure separates the control board, motor and arm assembly, so a technician can replace a single part on site instead of removing the whole cabinet. A service life of at least 5 million cycles, a 100W power draw and a 40-65kg cabinet weight keep installation, wiring and long-term maintenance straightforward for property maintenance teams.

Yes. The passage frame is built from 304 stainless steel with a baked paint option, and the control unit is rated IP43/IP54 for an ambient range of -30C to 70C. It is intended for open-air residential community gates, clubhouse entrances, pedestrian lanes next to vehicle barriers, school gates and park walkways.
The turnstile supports RFID/IC/ID cards, QR codes, face recognition, iris recognition, fingerprint, mobile phone NFC, password entry and remote door opening. Different credential types can be assigned to residents, visitors, delivery staff and property personnel, and each can be given its own access period.
Four pairs of infrared sensors cover the lane and detect a second person entering behind an authorised user. The controller can refuse the pass, hold the arm or trigger an alarm, and the bi-directional control lets the property team set separate entry and exit permissions for each lane.
Yes. The unit provides relay switch signals, 12V level signals and 12V pulse signals with pulse width over 100ms, and it supports RS485 or TCP/IP communication, so it can be integrated into the existing community access control platform, video intercom or face recognition terminal.
The standard cabinet is 1500*180*1000mm and the channel width is adjustable from 550mm to 1000mm, with custom sizes available for wider luggage or bicycle lanes. The 40-65kg cabinet can be anchored on a finished concrete base, and the modular design keeps spare-part replacement simple.
