The QR code recognition swing gate turnstile is a pedestrian lane built for visitor registration and paperless entry. Visitors register online or at reception, receive a QR code on their phone, on a printed ticket or on a wristband, and the scanner on the lane verifies the code in under a second before the acrylic swing arm opens. The 1200*200*980mm stainless steel cabinet, 550-850mm channel and clean acrylic arms suit office lobbies, exhibition halls, hospitals, government service centres, sports venues and scenic spots where reception staff cannot check every arrival by hand. Because each code is single use and tied to a booked time slot, the lane enforces one person one code passage and stops the same code being shared among several people. The controller also supports RFID/IC/ID cards, face recognition, fingerprint and mobile NFC alongside QR, keeps an entry record for each pass, shows prompts on the LCD screen in multiple languages, and raises an audible and visual alarm when someone tries to tailgate. Fault self diagnosis and power failure release keep the lane safe and easy to service, and the 0.5 second opening with 30-40 people per minute throughput means registration checks never become the queue at the door.
Each QR code is issued for a single visitor and expires after use, so a screenshot cannot be forwarded to someone else. Reception stops printing and filing paper passes, and every entry is written back to the registration record as a verifiable time stamp.
Codes can be limited to a booked arrival window, a specific lane or a specific day. Exhibition halls, hospitals and service centres can spread arrivals across the day instead of concentrating them at opening time, and late or early visitors are refused automatically without staff intervention.
The scanner reads phone screens, printed tickets and wristbands at close range, and the arm opens in 0.5 seconds. A single lane passes 30 people per minute normally closed and 40 people per minute normally open, which matches the flow of a busy registration desk during a morning arrival peak.
The LCD screen shows the verification result, the remaining validity of a code and clear prompts in several languages. Overseas visitors and first time guests can complete entry without asking reception which side to scan or why a code was rejected.
Four pairs of infrared sensors cover the lane and trigger an audible and visual alarm when a second person follows an authorised visitor. The control board also reports motor, sensor and communication faults, and the arms release on power failure so the lane never blocks an emergency exit.

The visitor registers online or at reception and receives a QR code by SMS, email, printed ticket or wristband. At the lane the scanner reads the code, the controller checks validity and time slot, and the swing arm opens for one pass. The code is then marked as used.
No. Each code is single use and bound to one visitor registration. Once scanned the code expires, so forwarding a screenshot does not allow a second entry, and the anti-tailgating sensors also alarm if a second person follows closely.
Yes. The lane supports RFID/IC/ID cards, face recognition, fingerprint, mobile NFC, password entry and remote door opening in addition to QR codes. Different credential types can run on the same lane, which is useful when staff use cards while visitors use QR codes.
Yes. The controller provides relay switch signals, 12V level signals and 12V pulse signals with pulse width over 100ms, plus RS485 or TCP/IP communication, so it can be integrated with visitor registration, ticketing and building security platforms through standard interfaces.
