In a multi-tenant office building the reception desk carries too much of the security workload. Every visitor has to be greeted, written into a paper book and handed a temporary card that may never come back. This swing gate turnstile moves that workflow to the visitor management system: the host registers the guest online, the system issues a dynamic QR code with the approved time window, and the guest scans at the lane and walks in. No paper logbook, no plastic card to chase, and no argument at the front desk about who is expected.
Walk-in guests are covered too. A self-service kiosk in the lobby captures the visitor photo and ID, calls the host for approval, and issues the pass on the spot, so a receptionist is not needed for the routine case. Access rights expire at the end of the booked window, and a guest who stays late simply cannot re-enter or pass an inner lane without a new authorisation - which is what turns a reception process into an actual security control.
The lane itself is straightforward to run. Verification and opening take 0.5 seconds and the channel clears 30 people per minute, 40 per minute in normally open mode, which absorbs the morning arrival peak of staff and guests at the same time. Operating parameters are programmed on site with the keypad on the main control board, the multilingual LCD screen keeps setup readable for local facility teams, and fault self diagnosis raises an alarm before a lane blocks the lobby.
Hosts invite guests from the visitor management platform, approval is granted once, and the guest receives a dynamic QR code. The lane validates the code against the approved window, so reception no longer re-keys the same details into a paper book.
A lobby kiosk can capture photo and ID, notify the host and issue a single-use pass, so unannounced visitors are handled by the system instead of a queue at the desk. The same lane then serves staff cards, guest QR codes and member credentials.
Each pass is valid only inside its booked window and becomes invalid automatically afterwards. Late stays, re-entry attempts and pass forward to a third party fail at the reader, which closes the gap that temporary cards leave open.
Every passage is stored with credential, lane, direction and timestamp, and exports to reception records, tenancy reports or an evacuation list of who is inside the building right now. Fire drills and audits stop depending on a handwritten book.
Parameters are set with the keypad on the main control board and read on a multilingual LCD screen, so facility staff can adjust passage mode without a laptop. Fault self diagnosis flags abnormal sensors or motor load and raises an alarm, shortening downtime in a busy lobby.

The turnstile provides the lane, controller and reader; visitor registration, host approval and passes run on a visitor management platform. We can supply that platform or integrate the lane with the system the building already uses through RS485 or TCP/IP.
After the host registers the visit and approval is granted, the platform sends a dynamic QR code to the guest by message or email. Alternatively a lobby kiosk can capture the walk-in visitor and issue a pass on the spot.
Yes. Permissions, time windows and lane groups are configured per tenant or per host on the platform, so each company can control its own guests while the building keeps one physical installation.
QR codes, RFID/IC/ID cards, face or iris recognition, fingerprint, mobile NFC, password entry and remote door release. Reader modules are interchangeable, so a building can start with QR guest passes and add face verification for staff later.
Yes. The stainless steel housing is rated IP43 or IP54 and operates from -30℃ to 70℃, which covers covered plazas, park entrances and factory gates as well as indoor lobbies.
