This QR code recognition swing gate turnstile validates electronic tickets at the entrance without a staffed window in front of every lane. The scanner reads a QR code shown on a phone screen or printed on paper, decodes it in about 0.3 seconds and checks it against the ticket library before the acrylic arm opens in 0.5 seconds. Dynamic codes change every few seconds and are cancelled after the first successful scan, so a screenshot or a forwarded ticket cannot be used twice. Adult, student, group and annual pass codes are recognised separately, and each code carries its valid date and time slot, which lets the venue control entry by session. When the network drops, the lane keeps validating against the locally cached ticket library and uploads the redemption records once the connection is restored. Passage events are pushed over RS485 or TCP-IP to the ticketing platform, so sales channels and daily redemption reports stay in step.
The QR code refreshes every few seconds and is cancelled once validated, so a screenshot taken at home or a ticket forwarded to a friend fails at the lane. This closes the most common loophole of static e-tickets and keeps the redemption count equal to the real visitor number.
The scanner reads phone screens and printed paper under indoor or outdoor light, decoding the code in about 0.3 seconds with the arm opening in 0.5 seconds afterwards. A lane passes 30 people per minute, so group bookings and holiday peaks clear without adding staff.
Each code carries its valid date, session time and ticket type. Adult, student, senior, group and annual pass codes are recognised separately, and an expired or out of session code is refused at the lane instead of at the gate keeper's discretion.
The controller keeps a local copy of the ticket library, so validation continues during a network or platform outage and the redemption records upload automatically afterwards. Entrance throughput is not affected by a temporary disconnection.
Four pairs of infrared sensors cover the 550-1000mm channel and detect a second person following a scanned ticket. The arm holds and an alarm output is raised, which keeps the redemption data clean and stops unpaid entries during busy periods.
Relay switch, 12V level and 12V pulse interfaces plus RS485 or TCP-IP connect the swing barrier gate to OTA channels, box office systems and venue management platforms. Redemptions return to the selling channel in real time, and unsold or refunded codes stop working at the lane immediately.

The scanner reads QR codes on phone screens, printed paper tickets and one dimensional barcodes where required. Codes issued by OTA platforms, the venue box office or an online booking page can all be validated provided the code format is defined at project setup.
No. With dynamic codes the code refreshes every few seconds and is cancelled after the first validation, so a screenshot or a forwarded ticket is refused at the lane. Static codes can also be limited to a single redemption.
The controller validates against the locally cached ticket library and stores the redemption records, then uploads them once the connection returns. The lane keeps working, so visitors are not blocked at the gate.
Yes. The turnstile provides relay, 12V level and 12V pulse interfaces plus RS485 or TCP-IP communication. API integration with OTA channels and box office platforms is configured at project stage so redemption data returns to the selling channel.
The arms unlock on power failure or on a fire alarm dry contact signal, turning the lane into a free exit. The cabinet is 304 stainless steel with IP43 or IP54 protection, and the acrylic swing arms are visible from a distance so staff can supervise the entrance.
