Most visitors now arrive with a code on a screen rather than a ticket in hand, and the reader at the gate decides whether the entrance feels fast or broken. This swing gate turnstile carries a QR code recognition head with an anti glare window and a wide reading angle, so it reads a phone screen held at 5 to 15 cm, in the shade of a lobby or under the sun at an outdoor gate, and it opens the acrylic arm in 0.3 seconds. Paper passes and printed vouchers are read on the same head, including codes that are creased, partly covered by a thumb, or printed small on a narrow slip. The platform can issue a dynamic code that rotates every few seconds, so a screenshot forwarded on a phone does not open the lane, and a code that has already been used inside the dedupe window is refused at the second scan. Visitors do not install an app: a mini program pass, an Apple or Google Wallet pass, a PDF voucher and a printed ticket all present a code the lane can read. When the network, the server or the cloud account is unavailable, the reader checks the code against the local whitelist and the lane keeps working, and the scan records upload once the connection returns. The 1400mm stainless steel cabinet with a 550-1000mm channel passes 30 people per minute, 40 in normally open mode, on AC220V and 100W, indoors or at a covered outdoor entrance.
The recognition head has an anti glare window and a wide reading angle, so a dimmed phone screen, a screen with a cracked protector or a code shown under direct sun is still read at 5 to 15 cm. The arm opens in 0.3 seconds, which is what keeps a queue moving at the entrance.
The platform can issue a code that rotates every few seconds and is signed for one device. A screenshot sent to another phone fails at the lane, which removes the most common form of pass sharing without asking staff to check the phone.
Printed vouchers that have been folded in a pocket, a code with a thumb over one corner, or a small code on a narrow slip are still decoded. The lane therefore serves walk in visitors with paper passes alongside app users on the same reader.
A used code is refused inside the dedupe window, and four pairs of infrared sensors confirm that one body passes the arm for each accepted scan. A second person walking through on the same code triggers the alarm output and is logged with the lane number.
A mini program pass, an Apple or Google Wallet pass, an emailed PDF and a printed voucher all reach the lane as a readable code. Visitors are not asked to download an app for a one hour visit, and the venue is not locked to one vendor's wallet.
The controller keeps a local whitelist of valid codes and passes, so the reader still validates during a network or server outage at a remote gate. Scan records are buffered and uploaded on reconnect, the reader head can be mounted at standing or wheelchair height, and the arms unlock on power failure or a fire alarm signal.

Yes. The anti glare window and the wide reading angle are designed for a dimmed phone screen at an outdoor gate, and the code is read at 5 to 15 cm without the visitor covering the screen with a hand to cut reflections.
A static code is refused after its first accepted use inside the dedupe window. Where the platform issues dynamic codes that rotate every few seconds and are signed for one device, a screenshot fails at the lane even before it is used.
QR, Data Matrix, PDF417, Aztec and Code128 are read from a phone screen, a printed voucher or a PDF. A code of about 2 cm on a phone or 1.5 cm on paper is enough, and the reading window covers full screen codes as well.
The recognition head can be mounted at standing height on the cabinet top or at a lower position on the cabinet side, and the lane keeps the same 550-1000mm channel. Both positions read the same code formats without a second reader.
The controller keeps a local whitelist of valid codes, so the lane keeps validating during a network or server outage at a remote entrance. Scan records are stored and uploaded when the connection returns, and the arms unlock on power failure or a fire alarm signal.
