A visitor entrance has three jobs that usually run on three different systems: identify the guest, tell the host that the guest has arrived, and let the guest through. This swing gate turnstile does all three with one QR code. A guest who books ahead receives a code in a message before arrival; a walk in guest uses the self registration kiosk beside the lane, scans an ID or a passport and takes a photo, and the request goes to the host for approval from a phone. Once approved, the code opens the acrylic arm in 0.5 seconds, and the same code can also open the parking barrier, so a guest driving in does not need a second credential at the ramp. Inside a campus or a business park the code keeps working for the buildings the host authorised and stops at the ones they did not, and a contractor version of the code can be set for a number of days rather than a single visit. The property office sees who is inside, who the host is and how long the visit has lasted, and can void a code while the guest is still on site. The 1300mm stainless steel cabinet with a 550-800mm channel passes 30 people per minute, 40 in normally open mode, and the controller holds today's visitor list locally, so a guest still gets in when the network or the server is down.
The kiosk beside the lane reads an ID card or a passport, takes a photo and sends the request to the host. A guest who arrives without a booking registers in under a minute instead of waiting for a receptionist to find a name in a list.
The host approves or rejects the visit from a phone, and the code is issued on approval. Reception does not have to call the 14th floor to ask whether the 3 pm meeting is real, and the decision is recorded with the name of the approver.
The visitor code can be presented at the pedestrian lane and at the parking barrier, so a guest driving in does not collect a paper ticket at the ramp and then queue again at the door. The entry and the parking record are tied to the same visit.
On a campus or in a business park the code opens the buildings the host selected and is refused elsewhere. A guest visiting building B does not get a free pass into the plant room in building D.
A single visit code expires at the end of the day, a contractor code can run for the length of the project with working hour limits, and a code can be voided while the guest is still inside. No paper badge has to be collected back at the door.
The platform shows who is inside, which host invited them and how long they have stayed, and exports the visitor log for a security review. The controller keeps today's list locally, so a registered guest still enters during a network or server outage, and four pairs of infrared sensors log any tailgate attempt.

Yes. The self registration kiosk beside the lane reads an ID card or a passport, takes a photo and sends the request to the host, who approves from a phone. The code is issued on approval and the guest walks through the same lane.
It works at the doors the host authorised and is refused elsewhere. On a campus the guest can move between the permitted buildings with the same code, and the record shows each door that was used.
The same code can be accepted by the parking barrier and by the pedestrian lane, so the visit, the parking record and the entry record belong to one visitor. No paper ramp ticket is needed.
A single visit code expires at the end of the visit day, while a contractor code can be set for the project duration with working hour limits. Any code can be revoked immediately from the platform, even while the guest is inside.
The controller holds today's visitor list and the QR validation locally, so a registered guest still passes during a server or network outage and the records upload on reconnect. The arms unlock on power failure or a fire alarm signal.
