Safe passage is the first requirement of every entrance. In office buildings, technology parks, campuses, hospitals and transport hubs, an entrance lane must let authorised people through quickly while physically stopping every unauthorised or duplicated entry. The KMS-T536 safe passage speed gate turnstile is built for exactly this task. A 304 stainless steel cabinet houses a maintenance-free brushless drive and six pairs of infrared safety sensors, while transparent acrylic swing arms open in 0.5 seconds and close immediately behind each verified person.
The gate works with face recognition terminals, QR code readers, RFID / IC / ID cards, fingerprints, iris and palm print devices, mobile NFC and remote door opening, so one lane can serve employees, visitors and contractors with different permission levels. Every passage is validated before the arms move, and each opening is recorded for attendance and traffic analysis. With IP43 / IP54 protection, a working range of -30 C to 70 C and a service life of more than 5 million cycles, the KMS-T536 keeps pedestrian access safe and controlled indoors and outdoors.
Six pairs of infrared sensors monitor the whole lane. If a second person tries to follow an authorised user, or if an object or child enters the passage, the gate detects it instantly, holds the arms and raises an alarm, so nobody can slip through behind a valid card.
The acrylic swing arms stop and retract automatically when resistance is detected during closing, preventing injury to people and damage to luggage. In an emergency the arms release to a free-passage state for fast evacuation, and the gate can be linked to a fire alarm signal.
Facial recognition, QR code, IC / ID card, fingerprint, iris, palm print, password and remote release can be combined on one lane. Passage permission is granted only after identity verification, and time-slot permissions make expired visitor codes invalid automatically.
The brushless drive opens the arms in 0.5 seconds and supports 30 people per minute in normal mode or 40 people per minute in normally-open mode, keeping rush-hour flows smooth without compromising the security check at the lane.
The 304 stainless steel or baked-paint 201 stainless steel cabinet resists corrosion and daily impact, the acrylic arms are shatter resistant, and IP43 / IP54 protection with a -30 C to 70 C working range allows installation in lobbies, gatehouses and semi-outdoor entrances.
Relay, 12V level, 12V pulse, RS485 and TCP/IP interfaces connect the gate to third-party access control and visitor management platforms, so all entries, permissions and attendance records are managed and audited from one system.

Six pairs of infrared sensors cover the lane and detect tailgating. The second person triggers an alarm and the arms stay closed until the lane is clear.
The arms release automatically to allow free passage for safe evacuation, and the gate supports fire alarm linkage and UPS backup as options.
Yes. The gate accepts relay, 12V level, 12V pulse, RS485, TCP/IP and Wiegand signals, so most mainstream face recognition, QR code and card readers can be integrated.
Yes. The standard channel width is 600 mm to 1500 mm and cabinet size can be customised, including wider lanes for wheelchairs, luggage and trolleys.
