Once a quality complaint arises, it is impossible to trace accountability. The Kemaisi intelligent electrostatic turnstile completely solves this point through mandatory testing. Employees must pass through the test pad next to the turnstile; the gate opens only when the static value is within the acceptable range, physically preventing non-compliant personnel from entering the workshop. If the test fails, the system gives a voice prompt: “Static excessive – please use the static discharge ball”. The employee presses the configured static discharge ball for 3 to 5 seconds and then retests. If the result is acceptable, passage is granted. All passage records are automatically saved, including employee ID, time, static value, pass or fail result, and whether the discharge ball was used. The quality department can retrieve reports at any time for customer complaint tracing and internal audits. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is waterproof, UV resistant, cold resistant, and heat resistant. The mechanism operates smoothly with low noise, is robust and durable, providing a reliable first line of defence for high-end manufacturing workshops.
