This wing barrier turnstile is the physical half of a visitor management system. The other half is the workflow that runs before the guest arrives: the host sends an invitation link, the visitor fills in name, company and visit purpose, uploads or scans an ID document, and receives a QR pass by message the moment the host approves it. On arrival the guest scans the code at the lane and walks in without stopping at a reception desk.
For sites that cannot rely on pre registration, a kiosk or the lane terminal handles walk in visitors instead. The terminal reads a passport, ID card or business card, extracts the name and document number, takes a portrait for the record, prints or issues a temporary QR badge, and notifies the host that a guest is waiting. The whole check in takes under a minute and the record is attached to the visit case automatically.
The system keeps the visitor lifecycle visible. Reception sees who is inside the building now, which host they are visiting, which floor they are allowed to reach and when they checked out. Overstay alerts appear when a guest stays past the approved window, a blacklist entry blocks the document number or the phone number at the lane, and an evacuation roll call lists every visitor still inside. Records are retained with configurable expiry to satisfy data protection policies, and the lane itself stays a standard 1500mm wing gate with 0.5 second opening, six pairs of infrared sensors and automatic unlock on power failure.

The host sends an invitation link; the visitor completes the form and receives a QR pass once the host approves. The pass is scanned at the lane and the wings open in 0.5 seconds.
Yes. A kiosk or the lane terminal handles walk in visitors: it reads a passport or ID card, takes a portrait, issues a temporary QR badge and notifies the host.
The pass is limited to the host, the floor, the meeting room and the approved time window, and each controlled point updates the visit record when the pass is used.
An overstay alert is raised in the platform when the approved window expires, and the guest remains visible in the inside list until they check out.
Yes. A blacklist entry blocks the document number or phone number, and the lane refuses the pass the next time it is presented.
The system produces a roll call list of visitors still inside with their host and last known location, which fire wardens can use at the assembly point.
Retention is configurable per site, with role based access to visit records, ID images and portraits, so the deployment can match the local data protection policy.
